Welcome to Sacred Dance Medicine

I am a woman who took a long time to really understand who I  was beneath the conditioning and my allowing of myself to follow others instead of following my own true authentic self ... I came to know myself through various priestess trainings and learning astrology.  I learnt that my heart lay in the Celtic tradition of Great Britain ... the Western Tradition and the magical mysteries of Avalon.  I follow the rhythms of the Moon and offer weekly ceremonies to celebrate the phase of the Moon for that particular week.  These are held in Saltburn by the sea and include body prayers, dance, cacao, tarot, astrology, rituals and the company of women who these circles are aimed at .
